Examples of Order Time in a sentence

  • Within five (5) Business Days of the Judicial Council directing Consultant to begin Work on an authorized Service Work Order which Consultant previously accepted in CAFM pursuant to Section 3.11 of Exhibit C to this Agreement, Consultant shall submit to the Judicial Council a project schedule consistent with the Service Work Order Time indicated in the Service Work Order (“Project Schedule”).

  • Within five (5) Business Days of the Judicial Council directing Consultant to begin Work on an authorized Service Work Order which Consultant previously accepted in CAFM pursuant to Exhibit C to this Agreement, Consultant shall submit to the Judicial Council a project schedule, if requested, consistent with the Service Work Order Time indicated in the Service Work Order (“Project Schedule”).

  • If a portion of the Work is covered prior to an Owner inspection, it must, if requested in writing by the Owner, be uncovered for Owner observation and replaced at the Contractor's expense without change in the Service Work Order Time.

  • EFFECTS OF CHANGES ON SERVICE WORK ORDER TIME Adjustment of Service Work Order Time: There will be no adjustment of the Service Work Order Time if changes made in accordance with the above do not impact the established Critical Path of the Project Schedule.

  • Field Modification - A written instruction, clarification or additional information issued by the Owner’s Project Manager to Contractor that does not change the Service Work Order Time or Service Work Order Sum but becomes part of the requirements of the authorized Service Work Order.

  • No extension of the Service Work Order Time will be authorized because of a failure on the part of Contractor to provide Submittals as required by this Agreement.

  • Field Modification(s) will not change the Service Work Order Sum or the Service Work Order Time.

  • If Contractor does not so advise Owner, Owner has the right to temporarily suspend Contractor's Work or to require Contractor to modify its Work operations to eliminate any disruption, and Contractor is not entitled to any adjustment in the Service Work Order Sum or Service Work Order Time for any delay or additional costs associated therewith.

  • Owner’s response to an RFI is considered an Additional Detailed Instruction and does not change the requirements of an authorized Service Work Order, Service Work Order Time, or Service Work Order Sum.

  • University and Contractor agree that if the Job Order Work is not completed within the applicable Job Order Time, University's damages would be extremely difficult or impracticable to determine and that the below stated amounts are reasonable estimates of and reasonable sums for such damages.

Related to Order Time

  • Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this

  • Order Cut-Off Time means 10:00 a.m., New York time, on a Business Day.

  • Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

  • Transfer Time has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
