Section I, Contract Clauses, incorporates FAR clause 52.216-19, Order Limitations.
This decision will be based on the Government's best interests, which may include factors such as estimated price; past performance record; need to meet contractual minimums; or desire to avoid exceeding task order limitations set forth in Section I, FAR 52.216-19, "Order Limitations".
Subject to any limitations in the Order Limitations clause or elsewhere in this contract, the Contractor shall furnish to the Government all supplies or services specified in the Schedule and called for by orders issued in accordance with the Ordering clause.
IDIQ services shall be ordered in accordance with Section I clauses (Ordering, Order Limitations, and Indefinite Quantity) and Section H clause entitled “Ordering Procedures.” The IDIQ work may be ordered on a Firm Fixed Price basis only.

The Contractor shall furnish to the Government, when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Schedule up to and including the quantity designated in the Schedule as the "maximum." The Government shall order at least the quantity of supplies or services designated in the Schedule as the "minimum." Except for any limitations on quantities in the Order Limitations clause or in the Schedule, there is no limit on the number of orders that may be issued.
