Order Confirmation / Acknowledgement means the written confirmation by FC INC. to the Purchaser of the contract for sale by FC INC. of goods to the Purchaser.

Order Confirmation All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.
Order Acknowledgement means the date when Voip Unlimited sends the customer an order acknowledgement email to the technical and order contact as specified on the Service order form or Customer requirement form.
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Subscription Confirmation means an email confirming Customer’s rights to access and use Products (excl. Redistributable Products).
Acknowledgement of Receipt means the procedure by which, on receipt of a Message, the logical presentation or form are checked, and a corresponding acknowledgement or rejection is sent by the receiver;
