  • Any Vendor, Subscriber, or other approved person may be disapproved or its previous approval may be terminated upon a determination by OPRA that such action is necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors, or in the event such person violates any provision of any contract or agreement pursuant to which such person receives consolidated Last Sale Reports, consolidated Quotation Information or other Options Information.

  • Consolidated Options Information shall be disseminated through the OPRA System only to the Members, Vendors, Subscribers and other categories of persons that have been approved by OPRA and have entered into agreements with or for the benefit of OPRA and are in full compliance therewith.

  • Special fees may be imposed upon persons who have access to or use Options Information during any after- hours periods of operation.

  • OPRA may impose information fees and/or facilities charges upon all persons who have access to Options Information, including Members, Vendors, Subscribers or other approved persons.

  • The revenues derived from the Direct Access charge are not intended by OPRA to exceed OPRA's operating expenses associated with providing Options Information in the form of one or more consolidated high speed transmissions.

  • The Direct Access Charge established by OPRA for direct access to Options Information is a uniform charge levied against each person who receives Options Information directly from the Processor.

  • Payment of the Redistribution Fee shall permit Vendor to redistribute Options Information in accordance with the terms of Section 3, below.

  • This charge may be increased or decreased, depending upon the number of vendors or other persons who are required to pay it, or changes in OPRA's costs associated with the furnishing of Options Information.

  • Upon receipt by Vendor of written notice from OPRA that the approval of any person to receive Options Information has been withdrawn, Vendor will promptly discontinue furnishing Last Sale Reports or Quotation Information, or both, to such person, except to the extent such person is approved to receive such information as a Nonprofessional Subscriber, and except to the extent that such information is historical information as defined in Section 3 above.

  • Options Information (in the format conforming to the specifications set forth in Attachment A hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to the provisions of Section 13 hereof) may be furnished to Vendor directly from the Processor or from another vendor for the purpose of enabling Vendor to distribute or publish Options Information in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.
