Option End Date means the date that is the earlier of: (a) 120 calendar days after Completion; and (b) 90 calendar days after the date on which the Buyer gives written notice to the Seller that the Buyer considers that the Seller has materially complied with the Buyer’s information requests under clause 4 of this Schedule 15.
