All Opt- Ins and absent Subclass Members were given an opportunity to object to the settlement and/or opt out of it.
As to Plaintiffs, and as to all Opt- Ins and Class Members (as defined in the Settlement Agreement) who did not timely opt out, the Court dismisses the matter with prejudice, in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the Final Approval Order, and the Preliminary Approval Order.

To be entitled to a payment pursuant to the settlement agreement, Class Members, including Opt- Ins, must be Eligible Claimants and submit all required forms and documentation to the Claims Administrator on or before the applicable deadline.
