Operator Level 3 definition

Operator Level 3 is an employee, so designated by PWCS, who is proficient in all of the duties of an Operator Level 2. In addition to carrying out the duties of an Operator ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, the Operator Level 3 is required to personally direct the work and/or conduct during working hours of Operators ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Operators Level 2 and shall act in the capacity of a main control room operator, when required.

  • Where an employee is in a classification which requires them to perform the duties of that classification outdoors for the majority of their regular shifts whilst in that classification, the employee shall receive an allowance of 4% of the hourly base rate for an Operator Level 3.
