Operator Assets definition

Operator Assets has the meaning set forth in the IPO Assignment, Assumption and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale.
Operator Assets means those Assets described in Exhibit A – Part 5B. “Option” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

Examples of Operator Assets in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed by the parties that the Facilities subject to this Agreement exclude Third Party Operator Assets and Owner-Operated Assets as defined and described in Schedule l.3(A).

  • F▇▇▇▇▇ shall comply with all governmental laws, rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Operator Assets.

  • Buyer is solely responsible for the acquisition of any Operator Assets and for any agreements made or to be made by Buyer with respect to the Facility operations.

  • F▇▇▇▇▇ may not, without Operator’s prior written consent or except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, make alterations in or modifications to the Operator Assets.

  • It is understood and agreed by the parties that the Facilities described herein are for general reference purposes and that the terms “Facility” and “Facilities” used herein are made in reference to all of the above referenced assets directly or indirectly owned and/or operated or leased by Owner, but specifically excluding Third Party Operator Assets as defined and described in Schedule l.3(A).


More Definitions of Operator Assets

Operator Assets all assets and rights to enable the Authority or a successor contractor to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement including:-

Related to Operator Assets

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).

  • Transferred Assets means the assets, rights and properties of the Sellers that the Purchasers shall acquire as of the Closing.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
