Operations Protocol definition

Operations Protocol means the operations protocol set out at Schedule 4 . Personnel means officers, employees, consultants, agents, representatives, contractors and officers and emplo yees of contractors. Private Road means any road that is not a public road or a Crown road. Public Road means a Road that is opened or dedicated as a Publi c Road under the law or is declared to be a Public Road fo r the purposes of the Roads Act 1993 (NSW).
