Operations Protocol definition

Operations Protocol means the operations protocol set out at Schedule 4 . Personnel means officers, employees, consultants, agents, representatives, contractors and officers and emplo yees of contractors. Private Road means any road that is not a public road or a Crown road. Public Road means a Road that is opened or dedicated as a Publi c Road under the law or is declared to be a Public Road fo r the purposes of the Roads Act 1993 (NSW). It is situat ed on land owned by the Roads Authority and called the road re serve. Rail Corridor means all land leased owned or occupied by RailCorp from fence line to fence line and includes any easements or licences or any other legal or beneficial interest in land used in relation to the operation of the Railway.
