Operating office definition

Operating office means either a principal place of business or significant employee presence within the geographic limits of Hamilton County. For purposes of this definition, “significant employee presence” shall mean twenty-five percent or more of a firm’s total number of full- and part-time employees are domiciled within the geographic limits of Hamilton County, Ohio.
