Operating Float definition

Operating Float means the operating float to be built up, maintained and replenished by Residual Bank to discharge and provide for its anticipated run-off expenses and day-to-day operational costs after the Transaction Effective Date, the amount of which shall be determined by Residual Bank from time to time (it being recorded for clarity that an initial amount of ZAR500 million is budgeted for this purpose);

Related to Operating Float

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • School operating purposes means the purposes included in the operation costs of the district as prescribed in sections 7 and 18 and purposes authorized under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
