Operating Equity definition

Operating Equity means (i) those Unreturned Capital Contributions allocable to all investments and operations of the Company other than Developing Hotels, plus (ii) any Accrued Developing Hotel Return Amount, plus (iii) any Accrued Shortfall Amount.
