OPERATE A FACILITY definition

OPERATE A FACILITY means to maintain petroleum product(s) or hazardous material(s) in underground storage tanks at a facility for purposes of storage, use or sale, and to conduct Operation and Maintenance for each tank as required in Rule 8.
OPERATE A FACILITY means to maintain regulated substances or hazardous material(s) in underground storage tanks at a facility for purposes of storage, use or sale, and to conduct operation and maintenance for each tank as required in § 1.10 of this Part.

Related to OPERATE A FACILITY

  • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;

  • Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.

  • Term A Facility means, at any time, (a) on or prior to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of the Term A Commitments at such time and (b) thereafter, the aggregate principal amount of the Term A Loans of all Term A Lenders outstanding at such time.
