Online media means media which is published over the Internet, and includes, without limitation, web-sites, blogs, and social media;
Online media means the dissemination of Records and/or Masters and/or Videos by downloads or streams over the internet or any other electronic or online form of distribution now known or yet to be discovered or invented including without limitation dissemination to mobile telephones and other devices
Online media. , for the purpose of this Law, shall mean the Internet portals and other Internet platforms that represent the means of communication with the purpose of disseminating information of public interest.

Online media in the sense of this Rulebook shall mean internet portals and other online platforms, which serve as a means of mass communication aimed at disseminating information of public interest.
