Oneida Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated statements of condition of Oneida as of December 31, 2012, December 31, 2013 and September 30, 2014, as filed by Oneida in its SEC Documents and the related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders’ equity (including related notes, if any) for the two years ended December 31, 2012 and 2013 and the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition of Oneida and related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders’ equity (including related notes, if any) as filed by Oneida in its SEC Documents as of dates or with respect to periods ended subsequent to September 30, 2014.
