One Breakdown definition

One Breakdown means if an initial breakdown causes other breakdowns, all will be considered one breakdown. All breakdowns at any one premises that manifest themselves at the same time and are the direct result of the same cause will be considered one breakdown.
One Breakdown means: (a) “breakdown” of “insured equipment” that causes “breakdown” of other “insured equipment”; or (b) a series of “breakdowns” occurring at the same time as a result of the same cause; will be considered as one breakdown.

Examples of One Breakdown in a sentence

  • If either the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of Insured Equipment causes the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of other Insured Equipment or a series of Breakdowns or Electronic Circuitry Impairments occur at the same time as a result of the same cause, they will all be considered as One Breakdown.

  • If more than one Deductible is specified and is applicable to loss under this Endorsement from any One Breakdown, only one Deductible shall be applied and that shall be the largest of the applicable Deductibles.

  • From the total amount of loss, damage and expense for which we are liable following any One Breakdown of Insured Equipment shall be subtracted the Deductible specified in the Declarations.

  • We accept total liability from any One Breakdown under Insuring Agreements 1(a) and 1(b) shall not exceed the Limit of Liability as specified in the Declarations as applicable to this endorsement.

  • We accept total liability from any One Breakdown under Insuring Agreement 1(a) provided that the Limit of Liability shall not exceed what is specified in the Declarations as applicable to this Endorsement.

  • From the total amount of loss, damage and expense for which the Company is liable following any One Breakdown of Insured Equipment shall be subtracted the Deductible specified in the Declarations.

  • If either the Breakdown of Insured Equipment causes the Breakdown of other Insured Equipment or a series of Breakdowns occur at the same time as a result of the same cause, they will all be considered as One Breakdown.

  • If a Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment occurs to Spare Insured Equipment that is in use due to a Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment to Insured Equipment, such Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment to Spare Insured Equipment shall be considered as One Breakdown and no additional Deductible shall apply.

  • The Company's total liability from any One Breakdown under Insuring Agreements 1(a) and 1(b) shall not exceed the Limit of Liability as specified in the Declarations as applicable to this Rider.

  • If either the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of the Insured Equipment causes the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of the other Insured Equipment or a series of Breakdowns or Electronic Circuitry Impairments occur at the same time as a result of the same cause, they will all be considered as One Breakdown.

Related to One Breakdown

  • Breakdown /“breaks down”/“broken down” means an event during the policy period, that stops the vehicle from being driven because of a mechanical or electrical failure including as a result of battery failure, running out of fuel, flat tyres, but not as a result of a mis-fuel, road traffic collision, fire, flood, theft, acts of vandalism, any driver induced fault, or any key related issue other than keys locked in your vehicle;

  • Outage means the elapsed net-resolution time during which it is not possible to log-in to the Production Environment by any User, as determined by IFS or the Cloud Platform Vendor from automated health monitoring and system logs, due to a failure in the Cloud Platform. The duration of an Outage is measured during Service Hours on a net-resolution time basis from which the accumulated time for all Clock-Stop Events related to the Outage will be deducted, until the Outage has been temporarily or permanently resolved.

  • Service Failure means an unplanned failure and interruption to the provision of the Goods and/or Services, reduction in the quality of the provision of the Goods and/or Services or event which could affect the provision of the Goods and/or Services in the future;

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to meet the Service Level Performance Measure in respect of a Service Level Performance Criterion;
