OLO System definition

OLO System means the telecommunications system used by the OLO, including its ECN where applicable, to provide ECS which is connected to the MTN SA System pursuant to a Service Contract; Parties means the parties to this Agreement and the Service Contract/s, and Party means any one of them; Personnel means any employee, independent contractor, agent, consultant, sub- contractor or other representative of either Party;

Examples of OLO System in a sentence

  • A Call comprising the minimum service features necessary to support a circuit switched speech path through the MTN SA System handed over from the OLO System to the MTN SA System destined for a telephone number in the “MTN SA Mobile Number Range” specified in Part B.

Related to OLO System

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
