Old Dominion shall have the meaning given that term in the Investment Agreement. "Due for Payment" shall mean, with respect to repayments of principal, that a "Withdrawal Date", as that term is defined in the Investment Agreement, has been reached and, with respect to payments of interest, shall mean that an "Interest Payment Date", as that term is defined in the Investment Agreement, has been reached, in each instance subject to the terms and conditions of the Investment Agreement.
