OIC Test Authors definition

OIC Test Authors means those persons or entities that have licensed a Test or Update, or some portion thereof, to OIC.

Examples of OIC Test Authors in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that OIC Test Authors are each third party beneficiaries of this CTLA, with the right to enforce such suppliers’ rights in the Test and Updates, if any, directly against Licensee.

  • Licensee hereby assigns to OIC, and, if applicable, OIC Test Authors, all right, title: and interest in and to (if any) the Certification ▇▇▇▇ that Licensee may acquire by operation of law or otherwise.

  • Licensee recognizes and agrees that (i) OIC, and, if applicable, OIC Test Authors, shall retain all right, title and interest in the Test and any Updates, and (ii) Licensee has no rights or interests in the Test or any Updates, other than the rights specifically granted to Licensee pursuant to this CTLA.

  • Such relief shall be in addition to any other relief to which OIC and/or OIC Test Authors may be entitled at law, in equity; or pursuant to this CTLA.

  • Except as expressly permitted by the provisions of this CTLA, Licensee shall not reproduce, distribute, perform or display the Test(s), or remove any proprietary notices or labels of OIC and/or OIC Test Authors on the Test(s).

  • Licensee agrees to execute and deliver such instruments and take such other actions as may be reasonably requested by OIC (and, if applicable, OIC Test Authors) from time to time to perfect or protect the rights of OIC and/or OIC Test Authors in the Tests and any Updates and Input and to carry out the assignments set forth in Section 7.1.4 and in Section 7.2.1 above.

  • All rights in and to the Certification ▇▇▇▇, the Tests, any Updates and any Input not expressly granted to Licensee in this CTLA are reserved to OIC and/or to OIC Test Authors.

Related to OIC Test Authors

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Screening Test Technician (STT) means anyone who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and operates an ASD.

  • Genetic testing means an analysis of genetic markers to exclude or identify a man as the father or a woman as the mother of a child. The term includes an analysis of one or a combination of the following:

  • Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

  • S&P CDO Monitor Test A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination (following receipt, at any time on or after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, by the Issuer and the Collateral Administrator of the Class Break-even Default Rates for each S&P CDO Monitor input file (in accordance with the definition of “Class Break-even Default Rate”)) if, after giving effect to a proposed sale or purchase of an additional Collateral Obligation, the Class Default Differential of the Highest Ranking Class of the Proposed Portfolio is positive. The S&P CDO Monitor Test will be considered to be improved if the Class Default Differential of the Proposed Portfolio that is not positive is greater than the corresponding Class Default Differential of the Current Portfolio.
