Flood Zone definition

Flood Zone means areas having special flood hazards as described in the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.
Flood Zone means a geographical area shown on a Flood Hazard Boundary Map or Flood Insurance Rate Map that reflects the severity or type of flooding in the area.
Flood Zone means an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) as a “Special Flood Hazard Areawith respect to which flood insurance has been made available under Flood Insurance Laws.
