HUD, the participating Responsible Entities, the SHPO, and the ACHP 98 agree that HUD Housing, PIH, CPD, and OHH Programs in the State of Nevada shall be 99 administered in accordance with the following stipulations in order to take into account the 100 effects of these Undertakings on historic properties and satisfy Section 106 responsibilities.

Immediately upon termination of this Agreement, Owner shall make all such physical changes to the Property and take all such other action as is necessary to remove from use, in connection with the Property, the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks and any and all signs, consumable supplies and other items bearing the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks, and/or any logos, emblems, slogans or service marks of OHH.
OHH shall be a third-party beneficiary of Sections 18.2 and 18.3.
Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all further rights to use the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks, and all other service marks, slogans, signs, logos and emblems of OHH, shall remain with OHH, and Owner, and each and every other occupant of the Property, shall immediately cease all use of the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks, and all other service marks, slogans, signs, logos and emblems of OHH.
The exclusive rights to the use of the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks belong to, and shall remain with, OHH and are not in any way to be considered appurtenant to the Property, regardless of whether any of the OHH Trade Names and Trademarks are used by Manager for the first time at the Property or elsewhere.
Other than the Consulting Agreement, the agreement of the Company to pay on behalf of the Vendors certain fees and disbursements of Osler, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Harcourt LLP ("OHH") and employment and indemnity agreements between the Company and the officers of the Company, there are no contracts for the supply of goods or services or other contractual arrangements between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any Vendor or the Company's related parties or Affiliates.
