O&G Customers definition

O&G Customers means (i) companies engaged in the oil and gas industry (but excluding their Affiliates or business units, as applicable, that are not so engaged) in O&G Activities or (ii) the customers of the Licensee Group with respect to the products, parts, equipment, services, technology or systems provided by the Licensee pursuant to the Channel Agreement.
