Offshore Platforms means any structure located offshore, together with all equipment, facilities or structures affixed thereto utilized in connection with, or related to, drilling or work with respect to w▇▇▇▇, or the production, processing, treating, gathering, storing, measuring or transportation of Hydrocarbons.
