Official Representative definition

Official Representative means the official representative of an NDA or, if applicable, Focal Point, details of whom are registered with the Fund;

Official Representative means the official representative of an NOA or, if applicable, Focal Point, details of whom are registered with the Fund;

Official Representative means a member of the executive of the Corporation.
