Officer Level definition

Officer Level means the post of Officer Third Class or upper to that class or equivalent to the same class.

  • An employee on the minimum salary of an Administrative Officer Level 1 with the prescribed educational qualifications or keyboard skills will be paid an allowance to raise salary to the second salary point of the Administrative Officer Level 1 salary range.

  • However, except with the approval of Australia Post, an employee being paid at a level of Administrative Officer Level 6 or Postal Manager Grade 3 is not eligible for payment under this paragraph other than for rostered duty.

  • This agreement applies to employees who nominally occupy an Administrative Officer Level 6 position.

  • The Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Corporation’s vacation or paid time off policy as in effect from time to time for employees of the Corporation at the Chief Officer Level.

  • The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any health, disability, group term life insurance plan, any pension, retirement, or profit sharing plan, any executive bonus plan, long term incentive plan, deferred compensation plan or any other perquisites and fringe benefits that may be extended generally from time to time to employees of the Company at the Chief Officer Level.

  • An apprentice will be advanced as a Postal Technical Officer Level 2 on the satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship, and will be paid at the first salary step of a Postal Technical Officer Level 2.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, employees of the Company at the “Chief Officer Level” shall mean the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Restaurant Support Officer and such other employees of the Company as may from time to time be designated as being at the Chief Officer Level by the Board.

Related to Officer Level

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
