Offer Email definition

Offer Email means the email that is sent to you that sets out the Offer and details of the Programme you have applied for;

Offer Email means the offer email provided to you if your application is successful, containing an offer of admission to your selected Course, the additional terms and any conditions that attach to such offer, conditions of acceptance, and a copy of these Terms.

Offer Email means the email sent to you confirming the Special Offer Price of Your Special Offer Subscription available to You if You Subscribe before 30 April 2021 and if more than one such email has been sent to you then the latest one sent to You before Your offer to enter into this Special Offer Agreement.

Examples of Offer Email in a sentence

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Conditions and the provisions of Grant Offer Email the provisions of the Conditions shall prevail.

  • You will be informed of the required hours for each Assignment in your Assignment Offer Email.

  • You will be informed of the relevant place of work for each Assignment in your Assignment Offer Email.

  • You will be informed of the requirements at the start of each Assignment in your Assignment Offer Email.

  • You shall comply with all pre-enrolment and registration procedures as requested by us, as specified on the Website, as set out during the application process or as set out in the Offer Email.

  • If we consider you be suitable for the Programme we will send you an Offer Email and an invoice for the Tuition Fees.

Related to Offer Email

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.

  • Offer Date means the date on which an Exclusionary Offer is made;

  • Offer Form means the Offer Form set out in Part 3 of this Tender Document;

  • Offer Acceptance Time is defined in Section 6.1(b) of the Agreement.

  • Offer to Purchase means an offer to purchase Notes by the Company from the Holders commenced by mailing a notice to the Trustee and each Holder stating:

  • pre-emptive offer means an offer of equity securities open for acceptance for a period fixed by the Directors to holders (other than the Company) on the register on a record date fixed by the Directors of ordinary shares in proportion to their respective holdings but subject to such exclusions or other arrangements as the Directors may deem necessary or expedient in relation to treasury shares, fractional entitlements, record dates or legal, regulatory or practical problems in, or under the laws of, any territory;

  • Offer Period has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1.

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • Offer Commencement Date means the date on which Purchaser commences the Offer, within the meaning of Rule 14d-2 under the Exchange Act.

  • Active Offer means the clear and proactive offer of service in French to individuals, from the first point of contact, without placing the responsibility of requesting services in French on the individual;

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals. If the Sell Offers of multiple Market Sellers are based on a single Existing Generation Capacity Resource, the Base Offer Segments of such Market Sellers shall be determined pro rata based on their entitlements to Unforced Capacity from such resource.

  • First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.

  • Change of Control Offer has the meaning provided in Section 4.15.

  • Last best offer package means the offer exchanged by parties not less than 14 days prior

  • Tender Offer Date means, in respect of a Tender Offer, the date on which voting Shares in the amount of the applicable percentage threshold are actually purchased or otherwise obtained (as determined by the Calculation Agent).

  • Offer means “proposals” in negotiation.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Asset Sale Offer Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.14.

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • VWAP Purchase Notice means an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Buyer directing the Buyer to buy Purchase Shares on the VWAP Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof as specified by the Company therein at the applicable VWAP Purchase Price with the applicable VWAP Purchase Share Percentage specified therein.

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Offer Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4.1.

  • Qualifying Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Net Proceeds Offer Trigger Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
