OEM Program definition

OEM Program means a program offered to certain Customers under an agreement between an OEM and Xtime, whereby Customers are offered the opportunity to purchase Xtime Product Subscriptions at OEM-negotiated and -specified prices, with access to certain OEM Data (e.g., recall, warranty) and enhanced capabilities (e.g., telematics scheduling, OEM owner portal scheduling, OEM look and feel customizations) provided in exchange for Customers’ authorization for Xtime to share certain Customer Data with the applicable OEM.

  • OEM's personnel may attend Software training courses offered by Caldera at Caldera's facilities as part of the Authorized OEM Program.

  • Discount Schedule: A minimum [*] commitment is required to qualify for the OEM Program and Product Fee discounts (subscription and perpetual license fees) are based on [*] volumes.

  • OEM must meet the $250,000 minimum annual order requirement each Program year to qualify for participation in this 3M Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division OEM Program.

Related to OEM Program

  • Custom program means a computer program which is specifically designed and developed only for

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
