Occupies definition

Occupies as used in this Lease shall mean use of the Premises for any reason by Tenant or Tenant's agents, licensees, employees, directors, officers, partners, trustees, and invitees (collectively, "Tenant's Employee").
Occupies means with respect to Tenant, actual occupancy of built-out Office Space (i.e., exclusive of subtenants (other than Affiliates of Tenant)) in space leased directly from Landlord (it being agreed that (A) any portion of the Office Space which is vacant as a result of an Interim Vacancy and (B) space occupied by or sublet to a Tenant Affiliate (but only for so long as an Affiliate) or occupied by Permitted Occupants, in each instance, shall be treated as being Occupied). “Occupied” and “Occupancy” shall have a correlative meanings.
Occupies or "Occupancy" in respect of a Lease shall mean that Tenant under such Lease (i) has executed and delivered such Lease, (ii) has accepted the premises demised pursuant to such Lease and has provided evidence of acceptance thereof reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, and (iii) either occupies the premises demised pursuant to such Lease or takes possession of such premises for the purpose of constructing tenant improvements.

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).
