OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT means OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT Software GmbH, Grosse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇/▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. 1.2 "You" shall mean the Licensee. 1.3 "V-USB" shall mean all files included in the package distributed under the name "vusb" by OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/vusb/) unless otherwise noted. This includes the firmware-only USB device implementation for Atmel AVR microcontrollers, some simple device examples and host side software examples and libraries. 2 LICENSE GRANTS 2.1 Source Code. OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT shall furnish you with the source code of V-USB.

Examples of OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT in a sentence

  • Which one is determined by the amount you pay to OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT, see section 4 ("Payment") below.

  • This document represents the entire agreement between OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT and you.

  • However, OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT may terminate this Agreement and revoke the granted license and USB-IDs if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

  • Although not part of this agreement, we want to make it clear that you cannot become USB certified when you use V-USB or a USB Product ID assigned by OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT.

  • OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT has the right to mention for marketing purposes that you entered into this agreement.

  • OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT grants you the right to modify your copy of AVR-USB according to your needs.

  • OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT grants you the non-exclusive right to use and distribute AVR-USB with your hardware product(s), restricted by the limitations in section 3 below.

Related to OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Mixed use development means a building, combination of buildings, or building complex, designed to functionally and physically integrate non-residential uses such as retail, commercial, institutional, recreational, or community uses with residential uses, in a complementary manner.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.
