NYISO Charges definition

NYISO Charges has the meaning set forth in Section VII.3 of this Agreement.

Examples of NYISO Charges in a sentence

  • Such bills shall include charges for Electric Service, NYISO Charges associated with the Allocation (subject to adjustment consistent with any later NYISO re-xxxxxxxx to the Authority), and all other applicable charges, and are subject to adjustment as provided for in the Agreement, the Service Tariff and the Rules.

  • Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation.

  • All revenues received by Company from any Expansion Power Customer for service under this Agreement shall be applied beginning with the oldest outstanding invoice first and that with respect to any invoice that is only partially paid, all money received as payment shall be allocated between the NYISO Charges and all other charges on such invoice, including any applicable late fees, on the basis of the rates that such charges bear to the total charges assessed in that invoice.

  • Company shall have no authority to adjust, settle or compromise the amount or payment owed by any Expansion Power Customer for the NYISO Charges without the written concurrence of the Authority, and the Authority shall have no authority to adjust, settle or compromise the amount or payment owed by any Expansion Power Customer to Company under this Agreement for any other charges without the written consent of the Company.

  • The security interest assigned to the Authority hereunder shall be absolute and unconditional, but shall not confer any rights on the Authority with respect to the collection by Company of any amounts due to Company under this Agreement other than the NYISO Charges, which shall also be absolute and unconditional.

  • It allows municipalities to “protect the historic or architectural character of properties or districts that are listed on or under consideration for listing in, the National Register of Historic Places… or the state register of historic places.” This simple language gives towns and cities great leeway in determining how to implement a preservation commission under the new enabling law.

  • Such NYISO Charges shall be in addition to the charges for power and energy.

  • The Customer agrees and understands that it shall be responsible to the Authority for all costs incurred by the Authority with respect to the Allocation for the services established in the NYISO Tariff, or other applicable tariff (“NYISO Charges”), as set forth in Service Tariff No. WNY-1 or any successor service tariff, regardless of whether such NYISO Charges are transmission-related.

  • Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation, and any other charges provided in this Service Tariff, the Agreement or the Rules.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for payment of any and all new costs or charges incurred by the Authority in connection with its provision of Electric Service to the Customer, including but not limited to, charges and costs incurred for supplying RNY Hydropower and RNY Market Power, and any new NYISO Charges as may be defined and applied in any NYISO Tariffs, NYISO-related agreements and NYISO procedures from time to time (collectively, “New Charges”).

Related to NYISO Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities, for aircraft, their crews, passengers and cargo.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order. “Transaction Taxes” mean VAT, GST, sales, consumption, use or other similar taxes, customs duties, excise taxes, and regulatory and other fees or surcharges relating to the provision of a Service. “UK GDPR” means the GDPR as applicable as part of UK domestic law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), as amended or replaced. “User” means any person who is permitted by the Customer to use or access a Service.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
