NTAs definition
NTAs means all payments by carriers for activations of cellular telephones purchased by subscribers from USCI's customers which are paid to USCI by the applicable carrier, less all deductions for de-activated customers. The Performance Bonus shall be payable within ninety (90) days of the end of the Initial Term or the Second Term or any subsequent term, if the Agreement is renewed for such periods. Provided, if employee's employment with USCI is terminated prior to the end of any term other than for Cause, as defined in Section 11 below or voluntary resignation, then USCI shall pay the Performance Bonus as determined through the effective date of termination for the partial term. Such Performance Bonus, if any, shall be determined as provided immediately below and shall be payable within ninety (90) days of the effective date of termination.
