NSTI shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.
NSTI is the former Naval Station Treasure Island military base located on the Islands.

  • The Department of Defense initially designated the City as the Local Reuse Authority (“LRA”) responsible for the conversion of NSTI under the federal disposition process.
