  • This Clause is for the benefit of the Pledgee only and shall not limit its right to bring proceedings against the Pledgor in connection with this Agreement or the NSS-8 Contract in any other court of competent jurisdiction or (to the extent allowed by law) concurrently in more than one jurisdiction.
