Examples of NRANVP in a sentence

  • All remedies available to NRANVP shall be cumulative and the exercise or failure thereof one or more remedies by NRANVP shall not limit or preclude the exercise of or constitute a waiver of any other remedies by NRANVP.

  • The exercise of right by NRANVP to terminate this Agreement, as provided herein, shall not preclude, NRANVP from availing any other rights or remedies that may be available to it under law.

  • Provided that failure on the part of the NRANVP to inspect any works shall not, in relation to such works, (a) amount to any consent or approval by the NRANVP nor shall the same be deemed to be waiver of any of the rights of the NRANVP under this Agreement and (b) release or discharge the Lessee from its obligations or liabilities under this Agreement in respect of such work.

  • The data given by the NRANVP is made available in good faith only for general information without any commitment or responsibility on the part of NRANVP about its accuracy.

  • Do all such things as may be required by the NRANVP for transfer or handover the Project Land/Project.
