Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Stock Option Plan means any stock incentive plan of the General Partner, the Partnership or any Affiliate of the Partnership or the General Partner.
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station.
Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
