Note Issue definition

Note Issue means the issue of Notes by the Issuer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
Note Issue means the Initial Note Issue and any Subsequent Note Issue.
Note Issue means the issue of SEK 210,000,000 senior secured callable Notes.
