Common use of Normal Commercial Relations Clause in Contracts

Normal Commercial Relations. Notwithstanding anything --------------------------- contained in this Indenture to the contrary, any of the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trust, the Managing Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or any bank or other affiliate of any such Person may conduct any banking or other financial transactions and have banking or other commercial relationships with the Charterer, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect.
