Noncontributing property definition

Noncontributing property means a building, site, structure, or object that does not add to the historic architectural qualities, historic associations, or archaeological values for which a property is significant because:
Noncontributing property means a building, object, site or structure in an historic district which does not contribute to the district's or cluster's historical significance through location, design, setting, material, workmanship, feeling and association, but due to its proximity to historic landmarks and contributing properties, has the potential to affect the character of the historic district or cluster that it is located within.
Noncontributing property means a building structure, site or object within a designated District or Listed Property that, in the determination of the Commission, does not meet the criteria cited in 1327.02 (i) above.

  • Contributed Property means each property or other asset, in such form as may be permitted by the Delaware Act, but excluding cash, contributed to the Partnership. Once the Carrying Value of a Contributed Property is adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d), such property shall no longer constitute a Contributed Property, but shall be deemed an Adjusted Property.

  • Estate in Real Property A fee simple estate in a parcel of land.

  • of any Contributed Property means the fair market value of such property or other consideration at the time of contribution as determined by the General Partner using such reasonable method of valuation as it may adopt. The General Partner shall, in its discretion, use such method as it deems reasonable and appropriate to allocate the aggregate Agreed Value of Contributed Properties contributed to the Partnership in a single or integrated transaction among each separate property on a basis proportional to the fair market value of each Contributed Property.

  • Mortgaged Real Property means (a) each Real Property identified on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto and (b) each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.11(c) or 4.02.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.
