Noncompliant 90 Day Mortgage Loan definition

Noncompliant 90 Day Mortgage Loan each in its entirety and all uses thereof and replacing each respectively with the following:
Noncompliant 90 Day Mortgage Loan means a Purchased Mortgage Loan which has been subject to one or more Transactions hereunder for a period of greater than 60 days but not greater than 90 days.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Jumbo Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan that would otherwise be a Conforming Mortgage Loan secured by a first Lien Mortgage except that the original principal amount is more than the maximum Agency loan amount but not more than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Group 4 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-4 hereto.

  • Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is not subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • REO Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is not a Liquidated Loan and as to which the indebtedness evidenced by the related Mortgage Note is discharged and the related Mortgaged Property is held as part of the Trust Estate.

  • Actual/360 Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that accrues interest on an Actual/360 Basis.

  • Balloon Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that provides for the payment of the unamortized principal balance of such Mortgage Loan in a single payment at the maturity of such Mortgage Loan that is substantially greater than the preceding monthly payment.

  • 60+ Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan (i) Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, two months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including, without limitation, such Mortgage Loans that are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, (ii) each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure and (iii) all REO Property.

  • Delinquent Mortgage Loan The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11.02.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Non-MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan other than a MERS Mortgage Loan.

  • Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, three months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure, all REO Property and each Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgagor has filed for bankruptcy.

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-3 hereto.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Group I Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group I. All Group I Mortgage Loans have a principal balance at origination that conforms to Xxxxxxx Mac loan limits.

  • Performing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan that is not a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • High Cost Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan classified as (a) a “high cost” loan under the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 or (b) a “high cost,” “threshold,” “covered,” or “predatory” loan under any other applicable state, federal or local law (or a similarly classified loan using different terminology under a law, regulation or ordinance imposing heightened regulatory scrutiny or additional legal liability for residential mortgage loans having high interest rates, points and/or fees).

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-2 hereto.
