Non-Working Days definition

Non-Working Days. The teacher contract year shall provide for the following non- working days: Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after; a block of days including Christmas Eve Day and New Year's Day; President's Day. A minimum two-day spring break attached to a weekend will be scheduled between mid-March and mid-April. Paragraph 5: Non-Teaching Work and In-service Days: The teacher contract year shall include the following: 1) At least two work days: a) One day prior to the first day of school. b) One day immediately following the last day of school. 2) In-service Days: a) In-service times as feasible within the standard teacher contract year.
Non-Working Days. - means any Day or Days that the Customer and Transnet Freight Rail have agreed on as a non- working day (a day on which the Customer will not require Transnet Freight Rail’s services) set out or to be set out in a Schedule.
