Non-TLV Reclamation Claim definition

Non-TLV Reclamation Claim means a Claim the Holder of which (i) did not participate in the Trade Credit Program (or failed to comply with the terms of such program) and (ii) asserts that all, or any portion, of such Claim is entitled to be granted priority and/or to be secured by a lien in accordance with 546(c)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.
