Non-specified goods definition

Non-specified goods means goods not belonging to any category specified in section 1(2)(a), (b), or (c) of Schedule 4 to the Ordinance;

  • Transaction-Specific Hedge means any Transaction that is (i) an interest rate swap in respect of which (x) the notional amount of the interest rate swap is “balance guaranteed” or (y) the notional amount of the interest rate swap for any Calculation Period (as defined in the related Confirmation) otherwise is not a specific dollar amount that is fixed at the inception of the Transaction, (ii) an interest rate cap, (iii) an interest rate floor or (iv) an interest rate swaption.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Service Specific Terms means the HCL document current at the date of Order which contains any terms specifically relating to a Service ordered by the Customer.
