Non-Reportable Security definition

Non-Reportable Security means direct obligations of the United States Government, bankers acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, commercial paper, high quality short-term debt instruments (any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and that is rated in one of the two highest rating categories by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization), including repurchase agreements, and shares of registered open-end investment companies.
Non-Reportable Security means and includes all Securities other than Reportable Securities.
