Non-refundable Booking definition

Non-refundable Booking means a booking at any Participating Property which is advertised as a booking that has Booking Conditions that states it is a non-refundable booking.

Related to Non-refundable Booking

  • Milestone Payments means, collectively, the Development Milestone Payments and Sales Milestone Payments.
