NON-REDEMPTION PERIOD definition
NON-REDEMPTION PERIOD means the period from the Issue Date of the Securities to and including April 4, 2005.
NON-REDEMPTION PERIOD shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.
NON-REDEMPTION PERIOD means the period from the date that the Final Participation Rate is set up to and including three months after that date.
