Non-Performing Contract definition

Non-Performing Contract. Any contract that is not a Performing Contract or a Delinquent Performing Contract.
Non-Performing Contract means a Fee Per Scan Contract under which the average amount of Rent due over any three (3) month period occurring after the trial period is less than [Language Deleted Due To Confidential Treatment Request.] per month for Model QDR4500C or less than [Language Deleted Due To Confidential Treatment Request.] per month for Model QDR1000.
