Non-Obsolete definition
Non-Obsolete means new and unused parts and accessories, in original packaging and unbroken lots, with part numbers that have been sold during the last 12 months and that are current and returnable to the vendor or supplier of such part or accessory, according to the most recently published (as of the Closing Date) parts catalogues published by the suppliers thereof.
