HCS will continue to record and collect the revenues under the Non-Consenting Customer Contract that accrue after the Closing Date (the "Non-Assigned Revenues") with respect to each HFC Managed Customer Site.
If the Closing has occurred and there is any Non-Consenting Customer as of Closing, then Purchaser and Seller shall each use their commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to obtain the missing consents over a period not to exceed ninety (90) days after Closing.
