Non-Conflict definition

Non-Conflict. The entry into and performance by the Lessee of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Agreement do not and will not: a. conflict with any laws binding on the Lessee; b. conflict with the constitutional documents of the Lessee; or c. conflict with or result in default under any document which is binding upon the Lessee or any of its assets, or result in the creation of any Security Interest over any of its assets.
