Non-Conformity definition

Non-Conformity means an observed situation where objective evidence indicates the non-fulfilment of a specified requirement.
Non-Conformity means any failure of any: (a) Software or Documentation to materially conform to the requirements of this Contract (including the Statement of Work) or (b) Software to materially conform to the requirements of this Contract or the Specifications or Documentation.

More Definitions of Non-Conformity

Non-Conformity means a failure of Software to perform in substantial accordance with the functions described in the Documentation.
